History
World Primate Safaris are specialists in wildlife safaris and holidays to track mountain gorillas. When they contacted Esummit in 2007, they were having trouble generating the same level of interest through their website as they were through their brochure.
Objectives
Our objective was to improve the targeted traffic coming to the World Safari website by reaching the correct markets.
What we did
Esummit started by changing the landing pages for the adwords to improve the sales per click ratio. We set up exact match campaigns and added hundreds of long tail key words. Then, through a process of elimination, we refined these search terms until we were only using phrases that were producing a good ROI.
Results
World Primate Safari now spends less on SEM but the traffic to the website has increased resulting in more enquiries and a better sales conversion rate.
